In DevelopmentWe're making the games we'd have loved to play in the early 90's. With AI to speed things along, we won't be making GTA 7 or Fallout 5, but we sure can make some fun stuff as long as we have a vision. We play Fallout 1 over here even today, so graphics were never much of an issue; we just want fun gameplay and interesting stories.
We're a bit melancholic over here. Our games all try to get at something that lives in us and links us to our pasts. We try to take the path through your heart all the way to warm memories. It is a worn road for us, and it's a scenic route we enjoy very much.
The founder's favorite game has been Fallout 1 for a long time, regardless of how advanced the current games may have become. We believe atmosphere is one of the main factors that explain that, and it is underestimated in how much it is needed for a fulfilling gaming experience. We're all about atmosphere here. The right color palette gets you a long way.
There is a point Ethan Hawke makes about art that we like very much over here. It's that people often ignore poetry and art until monumental life events, like grief, loss, heartbreak, or falling deeply in love, break them open and force them to seek connection and meaning. We believe games are art, and that they can very much help you on your journey to connection and meaning. We believe every gamer already knows that to some extent.
An AI-refereed, text-based solo adventure built on Pathfinder 1e rules. A language model narrates and adjudicates while deterministic code tracks your hit points, your rations and your torches, and it does not fudge results. Fail the save and you are poisoned. Fall in combat and you die.
